Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery charges, expected delivery times and store pickup information for orders from ZinZen Store.
Delivery area
We offer islandwide delivery within Sri Lanka for eligible products and delivery addresses.
Standard delivery charge
The standard delivery charge is LKR 400 for eligible delivery orders below the free-delivery threshold. The cart and checkout show the applicable charge before you submit an order request.
Free delivery
Eligible orders of LKR 6,000 or more currently qualify for free delivery. Promotions or product-specific conditions may be shown clearly at checkout where applicable.
Delivery time
Delivery normally takes about 2–4 working days after order confirmation. Remote locations, courier conditions, public holidays, weather or exceptional events can take longer.
Store pickup
Store pickup is available from our Mattegoda location after the ZinZen team confirms that your order is ready for collection.
Correct delivery information
Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable contact number. If information is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed until we can confirm the details.
Order confirmation and delivery updates
Orders are subject to stock and order confirmation. If a delivery charge, destination restriction or unusual delay applies, we will contact you before finalising the order where practical.
