Quick answers about ordering from ZinZen Store in Sri Lanka.
Does ZinZen Store deliver across Sri Lanka?
Yes. We offer islandwide delivery in Sri Lanka. Delivery normally takes about 2–4 working days, although some locations, courier conditions or special circumstances may take longer.
How much is delivery?
The current standard delivery charge is LKR 400 for eligible delivery orders below the free-delivery threshold. The cart and checkout show the applicable delivery charge before you submit the order request.
When is delivery free?
Free delivery is currently available when the eligible order value reaches LKR 6,000 or more. The cart and checkout show whether the order has reached the free-delivery threshold.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose Store Pickup during checkout. Collection is available from our Mattegoda location after the ZinZen team confirms that the order is ready.
What payment methods are available?
ZinZen Store supports Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, card payment and KOKO where applicable. For card and KOKO payments, the secure payment link is provided after the order request is confirmed.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, continue to order details, choose delivery or pickup and your payment method, then submit the order request. The store may ask you to confirm the request through WhatsApp. Stock is finally confirmed by the ZinZen team.
What if a product is sold out?
Availability is shown on the product page where possible. If an item is unavailable or you need a specific variation, contact us on WhatsApp and we can advise on restocking or suitable alternatives.
Can I return or exchange an item?
ZinZen Store accepts returns for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products. Eligible return or exchange requests should normally be made within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted for eligible items. Change-of-mind returns are not normally accepted. See the full Return & Exchange Policy for details.
